Went to this place for Halloween dinner. I expected it to be noisy but it wasn't that bad but if you do go be prepared for the noise because Chilis can get pretty crowded sometimes. I ordered my favourite Pepper Pals Little Chicken Crispers. Mmm.. I had always loved this dish since I was little. If you go also try the Buffalo Wings with the celery dip. But there was one con with this place, the waiter brought the wrong order twice. It was probably too busy.

Some of the can't miss stuff when you visit Penang is the Steamed Kuey Toew with Fish Meat. This kuey teow is steamed in soy sauce with a fresh pomfret fish. I also had the opportunity to try the Sour Spicy Noodle Soup which is basically kind of like Tom Yam but it's not so spicy. One of their specialties are their taufu which is homemade.
