Kids for Earth is a group made up of 5 members dedicated to saving the earth. Those are Issac Lee, Raphaelle Tseng, Idris Bin Azim, Gautam Jethwani and Gabriel Tseng. Some of their tips to save the earth are;
1.Use less plastic bags.
2.Use public transport.
3.Avoid using polystyrene and Styrofoam containers.
Astro TVIQ also had some challenges which the 10 groups must overcome. One of the main challenges is the Plastic Bag Challenge which the group Eco Bears won. Astro TVIQ manager Sharifah Noraidah said that the group's way of presentation was excellent. That group consists of 9 members which are Muhammad Nejim,Mahfuz,Sean Ng,Danial Salleh,Arif Ashwar,Ahmad Zahin,Jeremy Nathan and Ahmad Dzafran. Breakfast and lunch was sponsored by Astro and each participant go to take home a goody bag which contained post-it stickers,a stationery set and a set of highlighters. The winners got to take home a T-shirt,a Dexter 3-D CD wallet, an Astro stationary set, drink stirrers, a notepad and an Astro B-yond pen. The event ended at 12.30p.m. After that, a few pupils got chosen to be interviewed by Astro.
